According to the publication, Poroshenko’s team intends to conduct a decision through the Constitutional Court on the resignation of the head of the body, Stanislav Shevchuk.

According to the law, the newly elected president at the time of the inauguration is handed over by the powers of the current head of the Constitutional Court. As the newspaper notes, in the event of Shevchuk’s resignation, he will not be in attendance and the entry of the new president on time should be postponed indefinitely until the election of a new head of the Constitutional Court.

According to some information, a draft decision on the resignation has already been prepared, they are planning to vote on Shevchuk on April 25 already.

Earlier it was reported that the Verkhovna Rada will appoint the inauguration of the elected President of Ukraine after consulting with his team in the time provided for by law.

According to the CEC of Ukraine, Zelensky won the presidential election after processing 100% of the protocols, gaining 73.22% of the vote.
