He recalled that, according to article 104 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the chairman of the Constitutional Court leads the newly elected president to take an oath in the absence of circumstances preventing this.

“But I want to say separately: I will never swear in the president if the elections are rigged,” Shevchuk said.

Earlier, the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, the presidential candidate of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly chairman Georgy Tsereteli discussed a possible threat of falsifying the results of the election of the head of state during the meeting.
