“A large-scale infrastructure crisis begins in Ukraine, the infrastructure that was created during the Soviet era is not eternal, the time for its breakdown has come. Already, the worst post that a Ukrainian politician can hold is to be the mayor of a large city, these people are accused of what is happening with heating, with the condition of streets, ”noted Nemensky.

According to him, the situation in the country is affected, including the crisis of the management system. In addition, he noted that Ukraine is in very heavy credit dependence.

“All that the Ukrainian leadership can do is try to quietly sabotage demands, partially fulfill, blackmail Western partners so that Ukraine may slip into a political crisis, that the West is not profitable. There is simply no clear and simple recipe, ”Nemensky concluded.
