It is gratifying if there are people in the Ukrainian Rada who reach this idea and understand that the Minsk agreements were reached not to put a tick in the negotiations, but to create a real basis for overcoming the crisis, ”he said.

“I would like, of course, that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, and resolved on the basis of the Minsk agreements that allow restoring normal life in the region. I think that all those maneuvers that we had previously observed around the Minsk agreements - ideas for change were expressed by both American representatives and other representatives - they did not take root and did not find a response. This once again proves that the Minsk agreements are the best option, and they must be followed, ”he said.
