“Regarding the incorrect image of the map of Europe in the promotion, which was shown at the Boryspil airport, the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine reports that due to a technical failure in the final version of the video, there was a map taken from photo stock, which lacks some directions - Turkey, countries Baltic, Denmark and the Crimea ", - indicated in the department.
The ministry’s report states that the video was shown only a few times, after which it was changed to another video.
In fact the incident began an official investigation.
Earlier, a passenger of the Borispol International Airport turned to the National Police of Ukraine, reporting that a video was broadcast in the airport building, in which Ukraine is depicted without the Crimea.
