The International Institute for Tolerance, an initiative of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Foundation, launched today, in cooperation with the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, the Professional Diploma Program for the International Expert on Tolerance, targeting 25 senior leadership members.

Dr. Hamad Al-Shaibani, Managing Director of the International Institute for Tolerance, thanked the UAE's leaders for their efforts at the local and international levels in establishing and consolidating the values ​​of tolerance, coexistence and peace, rejecting hatred and extremism and promoting civilizational and human values. He stressed the responsibility of education in establishing the principles of tolerance and acceptance of the other; and instilling the values ​​of peaceful coexistence, pointing out that the professional diploma program derives its importance from the conceptual framework, which contains the trainees and the applied scientific framework as the basic guarantee for promoting tolerance and spreading it in societies .

The diploma is the first of its kind in the region and covers four main units, with 50 hours of 10-day training, provided in Arabic by a network of experts at the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government.
