State Department welcomes OSCE preliminary report on elections in Ukraine

According to her, Washington congratulates Vladimir Zelensky on leadership in the presidential elections in Ukraine.

Earlier, during a telephone conversation with Vladimir Zelensky, US President Donald Trump called the Ukrainian elections "an important moment in history."
