"The Government of Montenegro adopted on March 21, 2019 a decision on the temporary release of citizens of the Russian Federation from obtaining visas," the text indicates.

It is noted that from April 15 to October 31, 2019, Russians "can enter, cross the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 90 days" only with an identity document.

Prior to the adoption of the relevant document, Russian citizens could travel around Montenegro without a visa, provided that the duration of their visit did not exceed 30 days from the date of entry.

Earlier, the governor of Primorye, Oleg Kozhemyako, after meeting with the DPRK leader Kim Jong-un, said that Moscow had offered Pyongyang to facilitate visa procedures for Russian tourists.
