The diplomat also stressed that everyone who speaks of the "annexation" of the Crimea and the need to "shove" him back, show an extreme degree of disrespect for the people of the peninsula.
Earlier in the Crimea declared readiness for a dialogue with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
