Russia and China vetoed US draft resolution on Venezuela in the UN Security Council

“The resolution is not adopted by two votes of permanent members - China and Russia,” said Anatolio Ndong Mba, the Permanent Representative of Equatorial Guinea, said the chairman of the Security Council.

As noted, the majority of members of the UN Security Council voted for the adoption of the American version of the resolution.
