The Emiri Decree No. 9 of 2019 stipulates that a publishing house called "Al-Qasimi Publications" shall be established in the Emirate of Sharjah. It shall be an individual institution with financial and administrative independence, legal personality and legal capacity to carry out all acts and legal acts to achieve its objectives. Non-profit basis.

The name of ALDAR in English is as follows: "AL QASIMI PUBLICATIONS".

According to the Emiri Decree, the main office is located in Sharjah City and may establish branches and offices inside and outside the Emirate of Sharjah, upon the approval of the owner.

According to the Emiri Decree, Al-Qasimi Publications aims to publish and distribute works that add quality to Arabic and international libraries. It seeks to expand the public base for reading, to provide diverse scientific and literary materials, and to promote paper and electronic publishing. Humanitarian and charitable.

In order to achieve its objectives, the House shall exercise the following powers:

1. Publishing and distributing works and publications that conform to the objectives of the House, and approved by the owner, and promote them.

2. Conclusion of contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding and partnerships.

3. Cooperation and coordination with local, regional and international bodies competent in the field of publishing and distribution.

4. Organizing exhibitions, conferences, events or participating in them locally, regionally and internationally, in coordination with the concerned authorities.

5. Any other functions assigned to the house by the owner of the house.

The Director of the House shall be appointed by a decision of the owner of the house, specifying the degree of his job, his functions and powers, assisted by a number of administrative and technical staff.

The Emiri decree specified the financial resources of the House from:

1- The internal revenues of the House as a result of exercising its competences.

2. Donations and donations that are in accordance with the objectives of the House, and approved by the owner of the house.

3. Any other resources approved by the owner of the house.

Aldar's revenues are derived from the exercise of its competences to support charitable and humanitarian institutions and institutions determined by the owner of the house.

This Decree shall come into effect from the date of its issuance, and the concerned bodies shall implement it in its respective fields and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
