"On-site employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate are working, all necessary measures are being taken, including drivers themselves being questioned," RIA Novosti quoted the agency.
They also confirmed the death of one of the pedestrians, who died on the way to the hospital.
Previously, the media reported that the BMW driver shot down three pedestrians on the sidewalk in New Moscow.
