"City parking in Moscow will be free for the New Year holidays - from December 31, 2018 to January 8, 2019," - said the agency interlocutor.
According to him, the car will be free to leave at any parking lot in the city.
Since December 15, parking prices have changed in the center of Moscow. Tariffs will vary from 80 to 380 rubles per hour.
According to the m24 channel, the changes will affect about 5% of parking spaces in the central part of the capital.
