Media: In Egypt, several Syrian factions signed a ceasefire agreement

According to the agency, the document was signed "under the patronage of Egypt and under the guarantees of Russia."

"The agreement provides for participation in the fight against terrorism, efforts to achieve a political settlement of the Syrian crisis, the return of refugees and displaced persons to their homes, the release of prisoners," RIA Novosti quotes the head of the moderate opposition movement Tomorrow of Syria Ahmed Jarba.

Earlier it was reported that in the Syrian province of Dara, over the city of Tofas, which was liberated from the militants, the state flag of Syria was raised.
