"The Prime Minister and the Chancellor welcomed the agreement on the conditions for Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union and the text of a political declaration on future relations," the message reads.

During the meeting, the parties also agreed that their common priorities
are "the sphere of security and opposition to illegal migration".

Earlier, the head of the European Council, Donald Tusk, said that the draft declaration on the future relations of Great Britain and the European Union after Brexit was agreed at the level of negotiators and generally at the political level.

The summit of the heads of state of the European Union, dedicated to the exit of the UK from the EU, is scheduled for November 25.
