The hour of practical work for the government. Prime Minister Édouard Philippe presented Monday night the schedule for the implementation of measures announced by Emmanuel Macron to get out of the crisis of "yellow vests".

The score is known, it was necessary to set it to music. After more than 10 hours of meeting with the government and the majority leaders in Parliament, Édouard Philippe was able to present the agenda of the executive.

In June, the government will unveil the terms of the tax cuts, so we will know what tax loopholes will be removed. First indication: the research tax credit and the CICE for businesses will be preserved.

In July, two delicate issues will be on the table: the pension reform and the amendment of the Constitution.

The executive will also present this summer what it proposes for single women and caregivers, as well as its bill bioethics.

The study mission on the abolition of the ENA will make its conclusions in November.

It will therefore still be necessary to wait a few months before seeing concretely the post-grand debate measures to be adopted.

A delay assumed by Édouard Philippe. " I understand the impatience, I understand the desire to go fast, but you have to go quickly and get well. So, on all of these topics, we want to take the time to consult, "said Edouard Philippe.

The Prime Minister has also taken another step towards easing the 80 kilometers per hour. Édouard Philippe confirmed that the layout of his measure would be well discussed with local elected officials in June.
