This is a major step in Emmanuel Macron's five-year term, two years after his accession to the Élysée. What do the French expect?
Facing him, the French do not have the same expectations. Some of them, crossed by Europe 1, will follow attentively the presidential speech: "It interests me to know what he will propose," says a passer-by.
