According to Driscoll, Butina gained more confidence and optimism.
"The physical condition is good, although mentally it is always difficult in prison, it is the lack of control to which most citizens are accustomed, there is no freedom in prison," the lawyer concluded.
Driscoll said earlier that the defense is trying to speed up the sentencing process.
