“We have to create conditions for everyone to vote abroad, but those who are on the territory of Russia are the countries of the aggressor, they can vote outside Russia,” Klimkina quotes Interfax-Ukraine.
He said that Kiev could not hold elections "in the territory of the aggressor country, including because of danger" for Ukrainians.
Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, in an interview with the Bulgarian publication Trud, described the closure of polling stations in Russia as a violation of the electoral rights of Ukrainian citizens.
