Klimkin's video of the speech was posted on Twitter by the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, Ekaterina Zelenko.
“Right now, our consuls are meeting with three wounded children,” said Klimkin.
According to him, Ukrainian diplomats intend to meet with each sailor by the end of the week in order to learn about their condition.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko instructed Klimkin to contact the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to find out about the status of Ukrainian sailors detained in the Kerch Strait.
