"On the evening of April 23, 2019, the law enforcement agencies of Yekaterinburg received a message about an incident in a shopping complex along Cosmonauts Avenue, as a result of which several minors were injured," the ministry said.
According to RIA Novosti, the construction fell on eight people, they refused hospitalization.
The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
Earlier, Nevskiye Novosti reported that in the Kaliningrad region they started checking because of the death of a child under a metal structure.
