“The SBU does indeed carry out operational and technical measures in the city of Kiev at the address of Belarus, 26. We responsibly declare that these measures are in no way connected with any of the presidential candidates or their entourage,” the SBU said in a Facebook message.
They added that all actions are taking place "on the basis of a court ruling on a person who is not related to the election campaign."
Earlier, police found a listening device on the roof of the Zelensky office in Kiev.
