The ministry expressed hope "for a constructive position on the part of representatives of the official Kiev."
Earlier, a representative of the DPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime (STCC) said that the Ukrainian security forces had placed several tanks in a residential area of the Marinka settlement near the contact line in the suburb of Donetsk.
