Some users suggested that Poroshenko himself could do this. However, the video can not be unambiguously determine who grabbed the cap - the Ukrainian leader or his guard.
Users of social networks, in particular, suggested that Poroshenko could hear something unpleasant, thus deciding to "take revenge."
"Frozen, maybe?" - ironically noted another user.
In November, users of social networks criticized Poroshenko after stating that Russian cheap gas is only “in the Russian cell”.
