300 €. This is the maximum amount of assistance provided by the Rouen Normandy Metropolis to residents who purchase a bicycle. This aid, paid without conditions of resources, is reserved for the adults, residing in one of the communes of the Metropolis, having acquired from November 1 (authentic invoice) of a nine homologated type cargo bike or family, folding or power assisted, sold by a professional trader. The amount of the aid granted amounts to 30% of the total amount of the equipment, up to a limit of 300 €.
