As specified, at 0:23 the fire was localized, and at 0:37 eliminated on an area of 20 square meters. In the fire extinguishing 70 people took part.
"Fire and rescue units during the exploration and extinguishing of the fire were rescued 23 people (including two children)," - added in the department.
Earlier, during a fire in a multi-storey building in the north-east of Moscow, 12 people were rescued.
