It is noted that within the framework of the events, city residents will be able to learn how dogs help the visually impaired to cope with everyday problems, how they protect their owners from possible injuries.

In addition, according to the chairman of the veterinary committee Alexey Sautkin, the action will contribute to informing citizens about the problems that visually impaired people face.

In January, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova named categories of citizens whose social payments would be indexed by 4.3% from February 1, 2019.
