According to him, a few weeks ago, the head of Ukraine initiated a meeting with all the bishops of the UOC-MP, calling them all to the Ukrainian House.

“But the one who does not want a result seeks reasons for refusal. Similarly, most of the UOC-MP hierarchs began to look for an explanation in order not to come to a meeting: they say that the place does not fit. Neither the language of ultimatum demands, nor the holding of a meeting of the Synod according to the scenario, probably sent from Moscow, can disrupt the process of creating the Ukrainian local Orthodox church, ”he wrote.

Tsegolko added that while the president of Ukraine is still ready for dialogue.

Earlier it became known that Poroshenko refused to come to a meeting with the bishops of the UOC.
