The parliamentarian added that all this is an element of a major strategy related to the "redistribution of spheres of influence, the redistribution of forces in the world."

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the countries of the alliance agreed on a package of measures to support Ukraine in the Black Sea.
