“In accordance with the task set by the President of Russia, to preserve in 2019 the salary level of certain categories of medical workers achieved by the end of 2018,” the Chukotka government decided to index the salaries of all workers - not only medical people - health institutions by 5% - inflation, ”- said the agency interlocutor.
According to the department representative, the average salary includes all payments, including bonuses and various compensations.
He noted that the regional budget provides for monthly payments to doctors with district allowances of up to 30 thousand rubles, and to the average medical staff - up to 15 thousand rubles.
The region also provides for an annual allowance for the results of the year from 100 to 300 thousand rubles for doctors, rural paramedics and nurses.
If they work in the district for 5 years, doctors and medical assistants receive 1 million rubles and 500 thousand rubles, respectively.
Earlier, RT ranked the regions with the lowest and highest salaries for doctors. The highest salaries were recorded at Chukotka doctors - more than 180 thousand rubles per month.
The Ministry of Health of Russia explained the high salaries of doctors in Chukotka as a whole with high incomes in the region.
