The Dubai Criminal Court sentenced a 39-year-old Gulf Arab unemployed to a three-month suspended sentence on charges of forging an official editor, a graduation certificate issued to the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University in Cairo, with a very good grade, , Certified by the UAE and Egyptian foreign ministries.

During his appearance before the criminal court, the accused denied that he had falsified or deliberately used that certificate.

According to investigations conducted by the Public Prosecution, the suspect was arrested during the presentation of the forged certificate to the Ministry of Education in the UAE for the purpose of documenting it.

A legal researcher at the Ministry of Education said during his testimony in the investigations of the prosecution that the defendant presented the certificate attributed to the University of Ain Shams with a very good grade. Through a program called distance study, which is stamped with the seals of the university and the foreign ministries in Egypt and the UAE, As a forgery, and opened a statement against the accused at the police station Qusais.
