“We also hope that the Ukrainian authorities will reconsider their previous decision and still give the opportunity to several million Ukrainian voters temporarily staying in the Russian Federation, to vote in the presidential elections of Ukraine on March 31, this year, and give permission Russia, ”the document says.
The Council stressed that in this case he is ready to appeal to the Russian authorities with a request to provide all the conditions for the free expression of the will of the Ukrainians.
Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin invited citizens to leave Russia to take part in elections.
