The Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality will soon begin to receive applications covered by the Council of Ministers' decision regarding the granting of long-term entry permits and residence permits, ranging from five to 10 years.
The decision of the Council of Ministers, which came into force as of early February, stipulates the granting of residence permits to four categories: investors, entrepreneurs, professional talents and promising students with promising scientific capabilities. The duration of these classes is five to 10 years, According to specific terms and conditions.
The Commission affirmed its keenness to provide the highest quality services to the beneficiaries of the Cabinet's decision, in a manner that will bring them satisfaction and happiness, which will ultimately contribute to strengthening the national economy and strengthening the social fabric by attracting investments, minds and competencies and providing a suitable environment for growth, prosperity, creativity and innovation. To preserve their family environments, and the environment that supports them and enhances their ability to achieve what they aspire to.
The Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality shall issue the necessary decisions to implement the provisions of this resolution. These categories shall be granted renewable residence permits without the need for a guarantor within the State once the specified conditions and controls have been met, and the necessary procedures shall be taken to ensure that the persons covered by the conditions Residence permit.
Article (10) of the decree stipulates that the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality shall have the right to take the necessary measures to ensure that the persons covered by the provisions of this Decree continue to fulfill the conditions referred to therein during the period of validity of the residence permit.
