The Interim Committee for the allocation of land, headed by HE Waleed Falah Al-Mansouri, granted 284 residential plots to the citizens of Sharjah, while apologizing for only 18, for non-fulfillment of conditions, during the meeting held recently at the headquarters of the Department of Planning and Surveying in Sharjah.

Waleed bin Falah Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Interim Committee for Land Allocation, said that the committee discussed 302 applications submitted by Sharjah citizens and decided to adopt 284 new residential plots for citizens in Sharjah - Central and Eastern regions, as well as the cities of Kalba, Khorfakkan and Dibba Al Hasn. Land in the emirate, while apologizing for 18 only for failure to meet the conditions of allocation.

He explained that the committee also discussed the best ways to meet the needs of residents of residential land, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and instructions of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Before the Executive Council, to meet the needs of citizens of the land and provide them in accordance with the work procedures developed, fast and simplified.

He also pointed out that the Committee reviewed the results of the last meeting with the Department of Planning and Survey and the positive and pivotal role played by the Department in supporting the work of the Committee, which contributes positively to the stability of the citizens and enhance community services with more facilities and services to reach a happy society Psychological and family stability.
