As noted in the diplomatic mission, these funds will be used to help residents of Donbass.

One of the main tasks at the embassy was to provide the population with clean drinking water. In addition, the money will go to medical care, search for missing persons, visiting detainees.

Since 2016, Germany has allotted more than € 30 million for ICRC humanitarian activities in Ukraine.

Earlier, the Luxembourg Foreign Ministry announced the provision of financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of € 500 thousand for humanitarian projects.
