The famous rapper Husky was arrested for 12 days for disorderly conduct. This was announced by his lawyer Alexey Avanesyan.

In the courtroom, rap singer Dmitry Kuznetsov was the day after the failed concert at the Arena Hall in Krasnodar. Shortly before the artist’s speech, the Krasnodar Prosecutor’s Office issued a warning about the inadmissibility of extremist activity and banned the event. Nevertheless, the singer's team until the last was determined to perform in front of fans.

On the evening of November 21, the musicians arrived at the hall, but the room was already de-energized, and police officers were on duty near the club. Then Husky decided to perform his songs on the street. He climbed onto a foreign car parked nearby, and then began reading his track “Ay” from the roof to a crowd of fans.

As a result, the singer was detained by the police. He was taken by police officers to the Department of Internal Affairs, where Kuznetsov drew up three protocols on administrative offenses: for organizing mass stay of citizens in public places (part 1 of article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code), petty hooliganism accompanied by disobedience to the legal requirement of a representative of the authorities (part 2 of article 20.1 Administrative Code), as well as for refusing to undergo a medical examination (Part 1 of Article 6.9 of the Administrative Code).

Also, the police allowed the initiation of a criminal case for damage to property - a statement about damage to the windshield and the roof of a foreign car.

On December 22, after a night in the temporary detention center, Kuznetsov appeared before the judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar, Viktoria Glushchenko. RT studied the cases in which the judge had previously dealt with. Most of them are related to civil disputes around insurance payments.

As for the criminal cases that were considered by Glushchenko, most of them were initiated under article 228 of the Criminal Code (drug trafficking).

However, in the production of Glushchenko there were also two cases of extremism on the Internet, both of which date back to 2016 and went to court on the appeal of the Krasnodar prosecutor's office.

In the first case, Glushchenko restricted access to the network to the collection of Said Nursi's “Risale-i Nur” “Staff of Musa” (included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials). In the second case, the same decision was made in relation to a certain video “The Council and Good Instruction” (also listed in the list of extremist materials).

"I was forced to do it"

The interests of the rapper were represented by lawyer Alexey Avanesyan: he chose a line of defense for his client, according to which the musician simply had no choice, having driven him out onto the street. So, the rapper said that he came out to the fans after the club turned off the lights without warning and it was necessary to explain to fans who bought tickets what was happening.

“I was put in a situation in which people bought tickets, I felt a debt to them,” said Kuznetsov. - In this situation, I was not on my own, we have already canceled two concerts: in Rostov-on-Don, in Krasnodar. We did not receive any official documents about this. ”

Husky said that he did not admit his guilt, and the concert was frustrated "by persons who do not like his work."

Also, the defense of the singer said that all the protocols of interrogation of witnesses, referred to by the police, were drawn up "for a carbon copy, up to the punctuation marks." As follows from the testimony of the police, the singer forced them to use physical force, because the performer with his performance on the street "created interference to the movement of citizens." In this case, the police admit that the rapper did not resist during the arrest and voluntarily went for law enforcement officers.

Finally, lawyer Natalia Zhdanovich noted that the singer had a pregnant wife dependent, and that the artist and the organizers of the concerts would suffer losses if the Huskies were arrested for 15 days.

During the meeting, police officers were invited, who drafted reports on Kuznetsov. The judge was satisfied with their answers, although during the testimony, the lawyer of the musician periodically pointed out the inconsistencies alleged in their testimony.

As a result, Judge Victoria Glushchenko announced a break, which lasted until late evening. As the lawyer Alexey Avanesyan told RT, at the time of publication, the judge was ready to decide on only one of the administrative offenses - petty hooliganism.

Husky Hunt

The rapper's troubles began even before the incident in the Krasnodar Arena Hall. For example, in Rostov-on-Don, the police came to the club before the Husky concert and handed his manager a warning about the prevention of extremist activities and violations of the legal requirements during a public event.

Apparently, as in the case of the performance in Krasnodar, the singer and his team decided to hold a concert. Then the club turned off the light and sound, and also stopped to let the audience into the room. According to the organizers, as a result, Husky read the lyrics without a microphone and music.

One of the organizers of the Husky concert tour, Yuri Nikonov, in an interview with the newspaper Kommersant, said that a similar situation occurred in Volgograd, where the club owners refused to provide a platform for performances without explaining the reasons.

The reason for the trouble, as it turned out, was that the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar region strongly recommended the administrations of the clubs not to host a rapper's concert, and also appointed a linguistic examination of his texts for extremism and terrorism.

The document from the department, published in one of the telegram channels, states that the Husky’s video clips and lyrics of “Bullet-Dura”, “Judah”, “Pyroman” and “Poem about the Motherland” contain calls for “suicidal, violent acts, extremist manifestations, drug propaganda. "

Husky's video for the song “Judas” was blocked on YouTube last week. Fans noticed that when you try to go to the page of the clip, the inscription appears: “This content is blocked on YouTube at the request of government agencies”. Fans, however, continue to post a video on YouTube, accompanying it with a note that “the track was found to be prohibited by the decision of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare of 04/28/2018 No. 45668”.
