According to him, Salamatin is suspected of “taking possession of another’s property on a particularly large scale by abusing his official position and committing high treason in the interests of the Russian Federation”.

Earlier, the Kiev Solomenskiy court ordered the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine to open a case of collusion between Yury Lutsenko and his first deputy, Dmitry Storozhuk, in order to gain undue advantage.
