While the election campaign has not yet begun, the Common Front for Congo, Joseph Kabila's electoral platform, continues to occupy the media spot. After officially presenting the head of state's dolphin last weekend, the FCC today introduced Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary's campaign team. A plethoric team of 48 cells, with the main animators of the institutions and other relatives of the president.

First, there is the majority of government members, which is already creaking in the ranks of the opposition and civil society. Some keep the same portfolios as they have as ministers. Interior Minister Henri Mova heads the cell responsible for securing elections, with retired General Didier Etumba. The head of Congolese diplomacy, Leonard She Okitundu, is in charge of foreign affairs, José Makila of Transport, Lambert Mendé of communication with the spokesperson of the majority André-Alain Atundu.

There is also the brother and sister of Joseph Kabila, they have key positions. Zoe Kabila is responsible for the youth unit. Jaynet Kabila is the rapporteur of the finance unit. These are two positions on several hundred appointments, recalls from the FCC side.

But there are also very close to the head of state, Professor Evariste Boshab, under sanctions as the dolphin, will be responsible for designing the program of the candidate with Prime Minister Bruno Tshibala. The chief of staff, the advisers of the president, all are put to contribution. Nehemiah Mwilanya is responsible for settling legal issues. Governors will coordinate campaign activities in the provinces.

But there are also cells targeted to specific categories of people, ranging from artists to businessmen to the informal sector, such as forex dealers or motorcycle taxis.
