After a first " working " visit in 2018, this time the US President is going on an official visit with great fanfare to London from June 3 to 5, 2019, before attending the commemorations of the 75th anniversary of landing in Normandy.

Red carpet and state banquet in Buckingham at Queen Elizabeth II: Donald Trump dreamed for more than two years and Theresa May has finally honor this promise from a statement.

The British Prime Minister was quick to invite the US President upon his arrival at the White House, before having to turn it into a simple "working visit " in the face of the general hostility of the British and postpone the official visit indefinitely .

Difficult this time around the obstacle without humiliating Donald Trump, while he goes to Normandy to mark the 75 years of " D-Day ". The US President will be host to Elizabeth II for three days and will also have an interview with Theresa May before attending Portsmouth at a large military parade on land and sea on the eve of the D-Day commemorations.

The visit may yet be a big headache in a UK still hostile to Donald Trump. Especially since the country is extremely up against Theresa May herself, mired in an endless Brexit .

In 2018, during his "working visit ", the American president had traveled by helicopter to avoid the many demonstrations against his arrival including a balloon representing him in diaper , which floated above Westminster.

This time, Donald Trump will have a hard time ignoring the protesters , even stripping from his list the traditional carriage procession to Buckingham Palace.
