The criminal court in Sharjah sentenced the defendant (AS), an Asian, to death, according to the legal means available in the state, after being found guilty of killing two brothers of his own nationality deliberately inside their residence in the Sharjah industrial zone of Sajaa.
The details of the case, when the convict accompanied by the victims and a group of other persons inside a building dedicated to the housing of workers in Sajaa area, and during their presence in the room shared between them, sprang into verbal quarrels, and during the presence of a number of their colleagues, I submitted the appeal to the victims, which led to their deaths, after being transferred to Kuwait Hospital.
The father of the two victims told Emirates Al-Youm after the verdict of the convict that the victims were young men under the age of 25 years, pointing out that he refused to waive the right of trial of the killer of his two sons in return for the legal duty offered by the accused, Pointing out that he insisted during the previous sessions to request the punishment of the convict, praising the decision of the Court, which spent the punishment of the killer.
