According to TASS, on February 24 at the Aksai post of the M-4 highway near Rostov-on-Don, traffic police officers detained a personal car of the Hramov BMW X5, in which he was returning to the peninsula from Moscow together with the head of the Capital Construction Service Karlen Petrosyan.

DPS officers "in an incorrect form" offered Khramov to undergo a personal search and pass a test for alcohol and drug intoxication right at the post, and after refusal they began to "show aggression", the report indicates.

The police, without the involvement of witnesses, opened the door of the car and proceeded to the inspection, the department said. Khramov asked Petrosyan to call the police outfit and report on the inspection with violations. As a result, a scuffle ensued, during which several DPS officers in the premises of the post beat officials.

The press service informed that when the police squad arrived at the scene, the officials proceeded to the district hospital and passed the necessary tests confirming the absence of alcohol and drugs in the body. In addition, they witnessed beatings there.

The State Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Rostov Region checks the actions of both sides. So, according to the department, after repeated demands to leave the office, a passenger of a foreign car hit the traffic police officer several times and damaged his uniform.
