Former US President Donald H. Trump's lawyer, Donald Trump, testified before the House of Representatives, where he admitted lying, violating laws and campaign financing procedures under Trump's guidance, calling him "racist, deceptive and fraudulent."
"I am ashamed to have been involved in reporting on Trump's illegal actions instead of listening to my conscience," Cohen told the House Oversight and Reform Committee, regretting his former loyalty to the president.
Cohen confirmed that he was a witness to a telephone call between Trump and his former adviser Roger Stone. Stone and Julian Assange, the founder of the WikiLeaks site, are still standing and Trump was aware of the WikiLeaks plan to leak embarrassing e-mails to his rival Hillary Clinton.
Cohen, who was sentenced to prison after being convicted of crimes related to his work with Trump, admitted he had violated campaign financing under Trump's own guidance and had given Congress a false testimony about the Trump Tower project in Moscow with the knowledge of the president as well.

Cohen also revealed that Trump ordered him to pay $ 130,000 to porn star Sturmie Daniels to silence her relationship with the president, in violation of campaign finance laws. He also presented a check signed by Trump to cover part of the amount awarded.
Trump described me as a "wachi" to prevent me from telling the truth, saying that his admission of guilt in his testimony was a step in order for the Americans to understand the president's personality.
For his part, Trump wrote on Twitter on Wednesday that his former lawyer Michael Cohen is lying with the aim of reducing his prison term.
In parallel, the Supreme Court of Manhattan, New York, decided to remove Cohen from the Bar Association and prevent him from practicing the profession, in accordance with a court decision.
