On the Krymsky bridge, 19 of 38 km of railway tracks were laid. Builders are building two lines at once: from the mainland to the peninsula and back. By mid-March, they advanced to the island of Tuzla in the Kerch Strait. It is noted that heat-strengthened rails are laid on the bridge that can withstand temperatures from −27 to +57 ° C. The opening of the railway to the Crimea is planned in December 2019.
