Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir will deliver a speech to the Sudanese nation on Friday during a meeting of the Supreme Coordination Committee for Dialogue in the Republican Palace, a speech following his previous speech, which announced the government's dissolution and announced the emergency law.

The media department of the Presidential Palace officially invited the journalists to attend Bashir's speech to the nation at 7:00 pm on Friday, Sudan time (17.00 GMT).

The Sudanese presidency did not elaborate on the speech or what Bashir intended to talk about.

However, the speech comes pre-emptively to calls by the Sudanese opposition to embark on a million march on Saturday (April 6th), the anniversary of the overthrow of former regime leader Jaafar Nimeiri in a popular uprising in 1985.

The gathering of "Sudanese professionals", who is leading the Sudanese demonstrations demanding the removal of Omar al-Bashir's regime since December 19, has set the "General Command of the Army" as a destination for Saturday's protest march.

According to politicians surveyed by the Sudanese newspaper Al-Rakuba, al-Bashir's speech will not carry anything new and will aim to numb the public and discourage it for fear of the April 6 parade.

The Sudanese went out today in the processions of bread and dignity declared by the forces signed the declaration of freedom and change in the capital Khartoum and the cities of the states to demand the overthrow of the regime.

Today's processions of bread and dignity come before 48 hours of march on April 6 to the general command of the army in Khartoum and units, teams and military guards in the provinces to hand over the departure note to Bashir and his regime from the country's rule.
