“Within three days, there is a record number of inaccurate messages about mining and attacks on our systems with VPN addresses, allegedly from the USA, Hong Kong and China, and in fact from Russia,” said Avakov.
He added that the Ukrainian cyber police "did a good job, so the enemy does not have access to the system, and he stopped the attacks."
At the same time Avakov did not cite any evidence supporting his accusations against Russia.
Earlier, the Ukrainian police said it had received almost 700 reports of election irregularities.
