The protests of the “yellow vests” that are taking place in France for the 23rd time have turned into riots. The media report that among the demonstrators there were people in black with closed faces - supporters of the Black Block movement. They participated in the looting of shops and arson cars. As a result of the confrontation with the police, at least two protesters and one law enforcement officer suffered. The authorities said that the number of "vests" that took to the streets was 28 thousand versus 31 thousand last Saturday. In the movement itself they report 101 thousand versus 80 thousand on April 13.
