This Thursday, November 22, a 41-year-old man is first confiscated, at the gates of the palace, a knife and a pair of scissors. He is nevertheless allowed to enter, summoned to be tried for driving while drunk, with a rate higher than 0.80 g / l of blood.

Three months suspended and put to the test

During the hearing, he displays, according to witnesses, a strange and casual behavior, even to the point of laughter. Sentenced to a three-month suspended prison sentence, with a two-year probation, he then went to the office of execution of sentences.

The magistrate gives the alarm, in front of the behavior considered aggressive of the man and the hints of alcohol that it exhales. The courthouse security guards intervene, followed by the police officers they warned. These led the man into a sobering cell. The knife and scissors were also handed over to the police.
