Lanzhou City, Gansu Province in the northwestern part of China is working on overseas expansion of specialty ramen. To piggyback on Xi Jinping (Shichinpin) Silk Road economic zone concept administration advocated "whole area Ichiro", aim is a "world of fast food."

It is about 20 minutes by car from the center of the city where Yellow River flows. At "Lanzhou Beef Noodle Vocational Training Center", about 30 students were learning how to hang the noodles.

Kim Sung took full advantage of overseas store opening this year. In April we opened the first Japanese shop in Roppongi, Tokyo. We also have a store in Australia and we plan to open stores in the US and Italy. Mr. Qiao said, "Lanzhou miss a taste of home-made ramen only on a business trip on the 2nd day, so it has the power to grasp the heart of people and can fight enough in the world."

About 60 years since its foundation, Lanzhou Ramen's long-established store, "Masako Ruku", first went abroad in Tokyo, Jimbocho in August last year. Third generation Mr. Tsang (41) inspected the Tokyo store immediately after opening, and felt the response when seeing customers waiting for opening in a long line queue. We plan to open stores in Hong Kong and Singapore this year. "Both are gastronomic towns, we hope to compete and refine our taste and raise Lanzhou Ramen as a global brand"

Lanzhou ramen was originally spread locally as a stall food.
