At the same time as the Egyptians began voting on constitutional amendments allowing President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to remain in power until 2030, activists on social networking sites broadcast a video clip of the president of Cairo University, in which he offered an election kick to students.

Cairo University President Mohamed Othman Al-Khasht appeared during a concert at the university last week, announcing "surprises" to the students, shouting "Long live Egypt."

"I announced that it was a surprise on April 24 that all university students were exempted from the holy month of Ramadan," Al-Khasht said in his surprise to the students.

He added: "There is a birth from our birth before they graduate, Bacon, about 5%, and the sale of the year (sinking), and when one or two items are available, the speech is useful, so the 5% for each student in the bachelor's and licensure at the expense of Cairo University."

Egyptian dissidents considered the coarse decisions "bribery" from the university for students to vote in favor of constitutional amendments.

Through social networking platforms, dozens of activists and opponents criticized Al-Khasht's actions, asserting that such actions harm the reputation of one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the Arab world.

I can not believe it, I can not accept it, I can not accept this, neither scientifically nor politically. Pushing students to the standards of success and distribution of grades is something I have never witnessed before, and I build a sick conscience among young people, and the university is losing its academic standing and scientific standing https://t.co/rw3j0DMTRI
