According to the Fund's statistics, the benefits of end of service benefits during the year 2018 amounted to 3,184 cases, with a five-year average service, while the percentage of change in the number of entitlement cases for the past year was 10% and the average maturity of the benefits was 31 years, The end of service, which was spent last year to 192 thousand dirhams.

The Fund has determined the terms and conditions of entitlement to end of service benefits, namely that the insured is registered with the Fund through his work in the government, quasi-governmental or private sector, and that he meets the minimum period of participation required to receive the remuneration at the end of service As defined by the law), provided that such remuneration shall be calculated at the rate of one and a half months from the last salary or wage paid by the insured for each of his first five years of service, while he shall receive a salary or two months for each of the following five years of service.

He pointed out that the end of service benefit is calculated by a salary or three months salary for each year if the period of service exceeds 10 years, provided that the part of the month is considered a full month.

The Fund pointed out that it is possible to deprive the insured of the reward in a number of cases, including dropping or withdrawing the nationality of the state, pointing out that in that case and upon the death of the insured, the beneficiaries will pay half of their shares.

The Fund explained that depriving the insured of the remuneration may only be made by a disciplinary decision, provided that it does not exceed one fourth of the remuneration, indicating that the acts of the insured may not be denied except before the end of his service.
